This September is the annual History Festival in Gloucester. Well worth a visit if you are in the city or love history. Also Gloucester is taking part in the Heritage open days scheme opening some hidden spots including the Victorian Glouceter Prison that is currently closed and awaiting refurbishment into houses and flats
