We have just completed a brand new conversion of an office into a large 3 bedroom 3 bathrooms penthouse apartment over looking Gloucester park. Featuring a large open plan kitchen, living rooms and dining room. It sleeps 8 guests and is simply gorgeous place to stay. Though there is a lot of stairs to the apartment so only suitable for the mobile. The climb is worth it mind you. The views are stunning overlooking the park and you can view lots of shades of green in all directions. All designed in house by owner Charles Perkins
