This winter Bright Nights/Lantern parade

The spectacular Lantern Parade returns to Gloucester city centre this November, starring incredible magical lantern creations by local schools and community groups.

The parade will light the way through the gate streets and around the University of Gloucestershire building in King's Square, for the annual Christmas Tree Light Switch-On.

It's an incredible event for all the family and signifies the official start of Christmas in Gloucester.
