Whats on this weekend 30/06/23 in Gloucester

We have a busy few days ahead of us this weekend in Gloucester!

On Friday the Farmer's Market will return and as it's the last one of the month, several local artists will be taking up a stand, organised by a collaboration between Gloucester BID, Fresh Local Markets, JOLT Gloucester and Gloucestershire Arts & Crafts Centre.

Steampunks of Gloucestershire will be assembling this weekend at The Folk of Gloucester. A free two-day event, celebrating characters from Quartermain, Fogg, and van Helsing to Randolph and John Carter, to Holmes and Adèle Blanc-Sec, and all those other extraordinary gentlefolk. There will also be a market full of intriguing and beautiful objects, plus a whole host of talks, activities for all the kids and their café and bar open to enjoy fun in the sun!

Saturday will also see the much anticipated Farrah the Fox be greeted by Sabrina for the Hi! Street Fest. Starting in Kings Square from 3.15pm and follow the procession across the city and down to the Cathedral.

The Orchard St Food & Craft Market is back this weekend at Gloucester Quays. The market offers a great mix of delicious, locally sourced food and drink, artisan arts and crafts, jewellery, homeware, plants and seasonal goods, plus amazing street food and bars!

Also, don't forget, Westgate Street Car Park will be closed for five days from Friday 30th June until Tuesday 4th July, due to filming at Gloucester Cathedral.
